I hope you can join us for an evening of music, art, dance, food and laughter highlighting the significant impact of mothers and mother figures in our lives. All proceeds from this special event will benefit RMM's Living Well program, which provides support to women and their children who are survivors of domestic violence and homelessness.
I will be performing with the effervescent Carolyn Montegomry Forant, and also premier a new composition accompanying artist and poet Marcia Scnalon. The event is directed by my friend and my own mentor, Kathy Conry.
The Third Annual Broadway Charity Songs Concert (produced by Broadway Gives Back) will debut 12 songs written by 12 award-winning composers written for 12 outstanding charity organizations. This year’s concert will feature new works by award-winning composers Jeff Blumenkrantz, Henry Krieger, Sting & Brian Yorkey, Andrew Lippa, Benj Pasek & Justin Paul, Adam Gwon, David Friedman, Lewis Flinn, Andy Monroe, Timothy Huang, Nadav Wiesel, Nolan Livesay & Nathan Brisby, Andre Catrini, and Jonathan Breit. Performers will include some of the best of Broadway. Broadway Gives Back seeks to be one of the many ways those in need know that they have a friend in the Broadway community. By partnering with non-profit organizations, Broadway Gives Back produces award-winning art that makes a difference.

The Ziegfeld Club Inc. was founded in 1936 by Florenz Ziegfeld’s widow, Billie Burke (Glinda in The Wizard of Oz), to help women in need who had once performed in the illustrious Ziegfeld Follies. One of the oldest non-profits in the Broadway community, the Club’s archive contains a wealth of material that chronicles the role and sacrifices of women in the history of New York Theater. The Celebrity Club is a brand new performance space in the heart of Times Square.
Their new programming includes the exciting 'Songwriter's Salon', Hosted by Tony Award nominee Stephanie D'Abruzzo, and featuring the works of contemporary broadway writers.
My work is featured in the first ever Songwriters Salon, and will be performed by Jen Eden (Volpone) and Lindsay Roginski (Broadway's Roxie Hart in Chicago), and accompanied by Daniel Rein (Les Miserables 25th Anniversary tour, Cats UK)
The event will take place on August 7th at 7:30 pm.

Theater composer and lyricist Nadav Wiesel presents his debut New York concert.
“Just a Little Magic” will feature some of Broadway’s brightest talents performing Nadav’s music. Nadav's shows have been presented in Israel and across Europe. “The Femme Fatale Show” with concept, music and lyrics by Nadav, premiered in London in 2010. “The House by the Lake” (Music and lyrics) premiered in Israel’s Acco Festival in 2010, and enjoys a successful tour in Europe (Including the renowned Schaubude Festival in Berlin, and Charleville Mezier in France). Nadav was recently invited to perform his music at The Hormel Festival of New Plays and Musicals at The Phoenix Theater in Arizona.
Nadav Wiesel is an advanced member of the BMI Musical Theater Workshop.
