The Contemporaty Composer/Lyricist Cabaret, Phoenix, AZ- March 9th
I was invited to present my music at the Contemporaty Composer/Lyricist Cabaret, as part of the Hormel festival of New Play and Musicals in Phoenix, AZ.
Produced by the Phoenix Theater, the festival is a hub for new writing for the theater, both plays and musicals and the Contemporary Composer/Lyricist Cabaret will showcase my writing alongside that of two other writer. I'm excited to visit Arizona for the first time! and to see Phoenix's best singer-actors perform my music. can't wait.

The Hormel Festival of New Plays and Musicals fosters the development of new works and contributes to the ever expanding voice of the American perspective. In its 16th year, the Festival focuses on the development of new plays. From a pool of over 150 scripts, 4 have been selected to receive a staged reading. More often than not, this is the first time the playwright is able to hear and see the show performed.The Festival also includes An Evening of Short Plays, A Composer/Lyricist Cabaret, and the ever-popular 24 Hour Theatre Project! YOU are the most important part of the Festival! It is because of our audiences that many of our 70+ new works have gone on to productions all over the country.
